SCHEDULE (subject to change)
- Arrival day is Monday June 2 for technical and costume staff. Contracts end between mid-July and August 14, depending on position.
- Work hours Tuesday-Sunday are communicated by shop managers, appropriate meal and rest breaks are included; Mondays are generally company days off with tech weeks as exceptions in some departments; on those weeks, an alternate day off will be scheduled.
DUTIES
- Technicians are expected to work as directed by shop managers, Technical Director, designers, Managing Director, and Producing Artistic Director. Schedules and assignments will be communicated on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age (as of June 2, 2025)
- Should have at least one year of college-level theatre training or commensurate professional (paid) experience.

Production Stage Manager ($6000/season): This position manages the stage management department and will serve as Stage Manager for Singin’ in the Rain and Million Dollar Quartet. The PSM works with the Producing Artistic Director, Managing Director, and creative teams to create a productive and caring environment for rehearsals and performances. Ideally looking for 10+ years experience stage managing fast-paced environments with artists of all experience levels from seasoned professionals to those working their first professional contract. This position will be expected to lead, guide, mentor, and teach throughout their process. AEA and Non-AEA candidates will be considered. June 5-August 10
Stage Manager for Little Women ($2000): works with PSM and creative team to serve as stage manager for Little Women. June 27-July 27
Sound Assistant/Board Operator (A1) ($3750/season): works with Sound Supervisor/Designer to set up and maintain sound equipment, Serves as board operator for performances. June 2-August 11
Sound Assistants (A2) ($3500/season): work with Sound Supervisor/Designer to set up and maintain sound equipment, assist A1 on all performances. June 2-August 11
Assistant Production Electricians ($4000/season): assist Lighting Designer and Production Electrician on all lighting needs including working as a deck electrician or board operator in performances. June 2-August 12
Electrics Interns ($3500/season): assist Lighting Designer, Production Electrician, and Assistant Production Electricians with execution of show design and will work on lighting or run crew for performances, June 2-August 12
Properties Lead ($4050/season): works with Scenic Designer and Techincal Director on design and build/acquisition of all furniture, set decor, and hand props needed for shows. June 2-August 3
Properties Assistant ($3600/season): assists Properties Lead on build/acquisition of all props. June 2-August 3
Properties Interns ($3250/season): assist Properties Lead and Properties Assistant on build of all props and supervises maintenance of props for all performances. Will serve on run crew for at least one show during the season. June 2-August 11
Assistant Technical Director ($5000/season): works on shop draftings, assists with coordination between different shops. Requires carpentry skills and knowledge of at least one other area (electrics, scenic, paint, props). June 2-August 11
Lead Carpenter ($3600/season): leads team of carpenters to execute daily build list with direction from Technical Director and Assistant Technical Director. June 2-August 3
Carpenters ($3375/season): builds scenic pieces based on ATD/TD instruction; works with shop manager, TD, ATD, Master Carpenter, Scenic Designer on completion of build. June 2-August 3
Carpentry Intern ($3250/season): Assists carpentry staff with build of show. May serve on run crew for at least one show during the season. June 2-August 11
Scenic Artists ($3375/season): assists Scenic Charge in execution of all scenic paint techniques. June 2-August 3
Paint Intern ($2925/season): assists paint staff with execution of scenic paint techniques. May serve on run crew for at least one show during the season. June 2-August 3
Run Crew Interns ($2925/season): serve as a general technician for the first few weeks, working in different shops as assigned, then moves to serve on the run crew of first two shows with some shop hours required during the performance weeks. June 2-August 3
Run Crew ASMs ($3150-3500/season): serves as a general technician for the first few weeks, working in different shops as assigned, then moves to serve as an ASM for one show in the season and on the run crew for one show in the season. Some shop hours required during (non-ASM) performance weeks. June 2-August 10 (June 2-August 3 for those not assigned to Million Dollar Quartet)
Cutter/Draper ($3150/season): works with designers, shop manager, and 1st hand on construction and alterations of costumes for the season. Requires proficiency in pattern drafting skills, excellent hand and machine sewing skills. June 2-July 19
Costume Shop First Hand ($3600/season): assists Costume Designers on acquisition and construction of all costumes for season. Requires intermediate to proficient pattern drafting skills, excellent hand and machine sewing skills. June 2-August 3
Stitchers ($2450-3150/season): works with First Hand, Costume Designers, and Costume Shop Manager on acquisition and construction of costumes for the season. May be assigned an assistant to the designer for one show during the season, dependent on skill set. Requires proficiency at hand and machine sewing. June 2-August 3 (June 2-July 19 for those not assigned to Million Dollar Quartet)
Wardrobe Supervisor ($4000/season): works with Costume Shop staff on construction of all costumes. Supervises wardrobe interns and works alongside them for dress rehearsals and performances. Experience with hand and machine sewing required. Ability to quickly problem solve and supervise others required. June 2-August 11
Wardrobe Interns ($2925-3250/season): works with Costume Shop staff on construction of all costumes. Organizes and maintains wardrobe for dress rehearsals and performances, and serves as run crew. Experience with hand and machine sewing required. June 2-August 11 (June 2-August 3 for those not assigned to Million Dollar Quartet)
