Box Office Associate – $12.75/hr: works with Box Office Manager and Assistant Manager to assist patrons with ticket purchases and questions (over the phone and in person). Will learn the ticketing system (Tessitura). Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills. 5/27-8/10 Must be at least 18 years of age by 5/27/25
Senior Usher – $12.75/hr: works with House Manager and Usher staff to assist with all patron needs for performances. This position is expected to work all show shifts. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills. 6/27-8/10 (training before first shift will be scheduled around candidate’s availability). Must be at least 16 years of age by 6/25/25
Usher – $12.41/hr: works with House Manager and Front of House Associates to guide patrons to their seats, answer questions, and ensure a first-rate experience. This position works a flexible shift, 2-4 shows per week. Candidates should have an open, friendly demeanor and be willing to learn strong customer service skills. 6/27-8/10 (training before first shift will be scheduled around candidate’s availability). Must be at least 16 years of age by 6/25/25
House Manager – $15/hr: supervises Ushers and Front of House Associates to ensure a first-rate patron experience. HM will create a show shift schedule and will approve timecards for all hourly employees under supervision. Reports directly to Managing Director. Ideal for college students and young professionals interested in arts management. 6/20-8/10. Must be at least 18 years of age by 6/20/25
Merchandise Manager – $14/hr: manages inventory of all SSMT merchandise and is main point of sale representative for all performances. Reports directly to Managing Director. Ideal for college students and young professionals interested in arts management. 6/20-8/10. Must be at least 18 years of age by 6/20/25
Concessions Manager – $14/hr: manages inventory of all food and beverages and supervises ushers and front-of-house associates to maximize sales at each performance. Reports directly to Managing Director. Ideal for college students and young professionals interested in arts management. 6/20-8/10 Must be at least 18 years of age by 6/20/25
Assistant to Managing Director/Producing Artistic Director – $15/hr: works directly with management to ensure overall success of season. This position will assist with communications, social media/marketing, event management, company management, and assist the Managing Director daily. Ideal for college students and young professionals interested in arts management. 5/29-8/11 Must be at least 18 years of age by 6/20/25
