We are excited to announce the creation of the Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre Living Legacy Endowment Fund: a present made today for the future of Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre (SSMT). The endowment provides SSMT the means to pursue educational and outreach programs, competitive artist and administrative compensation, and production enhancements.
This announcement is made possible with special thanks to Libby and Will Ingham for believing in the importance of this endowment and for making the initial and very generous donation of $25,000 to establish the fund. Libby Ingham ‘13 is an alumna of Shenandoah University and SSMT; Will Ingham is Shenandoah University Professor Emeritus, Theatre, and served as technical director for Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre for over twenty years.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 in 2023! To reach this goal, we invite you to join us in making a donation and becoming a member of The SSMT Founders Circle. To become a Founders Circle member, you can make a one-time donation of $2,500 or more OR a 5-year pledge totaling $2,500 or more.
In gratitude for your kindness and generosity, the following benefits will be offered exclusively to members of The SSMT Founders Circle:
- Reserved parking for SSMT performances
- Founders Circle recognition on the SSMT Endowment webpage and digital program
- Purchase of SSMT house seats, subject to availability
- Invitations to exclusive Founders Circle special events
