Effective Monday, March 23, the Shenandoah Conservatory Box Office is closed for on-site and telephone communications and order processing in accordance with Shenandoah University’s response to COVID-19. Tickets and information are available online only at ssmtva.org. All online ticket fees are waived during this time of limited service. Customer support is available via email at boxoffice@su.edu.
While the Shenandoah University Box Office is closed temporarily, we are unable to process subscription package orders in person or over the phone. If you would like to purchase a subscription package for SSMT 2020 and are concerned about the availability of your desired seats, we encourage you to purchase tickets online as single tickets and then email boxoffice@su.edu to request they be converted to a subscription package when normal business hours resume. To qualify for a package, you must select the same number of seats to all three shows during the 2020 season. Once the Box Office reopens, the staff will process your order as an exchange, re-sell as a subscription, and credit your card for the difference in price. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been processed.
